Shipping & Returns
- Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.
- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Service.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted.
- Once your item has shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email. This email will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting shipping carrier’s website.
- If your package is not delivered successfully on the first attempt, USPS/UPS will attempt to deliver your package two more times.
Expected Arrival Time:
Domestic shipping: 3-5 business days
Offshore shipping: It will depend on the destination (not more than 10 days in most cases).
We provide Free Shipping within the United States for purchases over $200.
For Orders within the United States, we will e-mail you a tracking number.
For International Orders, we will e-mail your shipping receipt. After the product has been shipped, there are no refunds on the product and shipping cost.
All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA number, please email us to request information and we will issue the RMA numbers to you via email. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days, after that period it will be considered void. We reserve the rights to refuse or reject any merchandise returned to us with an RMA number that has exceeded the 7-day validity. RMA numbers must be legibly written on the outside of the carton. All unopened items carry a 14-days money back guarantee. All opened or used merchandise are not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping and Handling charges are absolutely non-refundable. Lisen Health will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding product specifications, prices or other information. All sales are subject to Lisen Health Terms and Conditions of Sale. Returns are not available for International Orders.
